Another poor refereeing decision, against Blackburn this time

Sunday, October 5th, 2008

For the second week in a row Man United are gifted the opening goal of the game due to a poor refereeing decision, this time by Steve Bennett. A clear foul on the Blackburn goal keeper.

Blackburn manager Paul Ince says the referee or his assistant “made a big mistake” and “cocked it up” by allowing Man Utd’s opening goal!

Blackburn Rovers v Manchester United

Saturday, October 4th, 2008

Man Utd make the short trip to Blackburn today. The fans will still travel a similar distance from London as they would for a home game :)

This sees Paul Ince a former red manage a team against Man Utd. Here is a quote from Ince ahead of the match:

“This is the exciting thing about coming to the Premier League. It’s a chance to pit yourself against Sir Alex Ferguson, the manager of all time as far as I’m concerned.

Lets hope Ince is not in ore of his former boss and his team do the business against Man Utd.

Man United fans Hate Paul Ince!

Monday, June 30th, 2008

Much to my amusement I’ve found something, or more accurately someone that Manchester United fans hate - Paul Ince. Apparently it stems back to when he was playing for Liverpool and celebrated a goal against Man Utd (how dare he!). Enjoy these pictures :-)

Paul Ince made Blackburn Manager

Sunday, June 22nd, 2008

Paul Ince has been named Blackburn Rovers Manager. From previous data it is unlikely Ince’s team will beat Man Utd or indeed go on to win anything this season! It does restore the balance of former Reds managing Premiership League teams to four, following the relegation of Steve Cropell with Reading.

Ince and Giggs - Ring a ring a roses….

Interestingly the odds on Ince being the first ex red Premier League Manager to be sackedare 20/1 the same as the other ex red Hughes but better odds than Bruce and Keane at 12/1. However, Fergie is apparently safer than the lot of them at 25/1 but Scolari is safer still at 33/1!
