Will Ferguson be Slaughtered?
Ahead of the game with Hull City, Man Utd plan to play a weakened team as part of their preparation for the Champions League Final. Obviously a controversial decision based on Hull needing a win to stay in the top flight. Which impacts on the other teams who could be relegated today (Newcastle, Middlesborough and Sunderland).
Furguson has realised that if Man Utd lose they will be accused of damaging the integrity of the Premier League. And made the following quote:
“If we don’t win on Sunday I will be slaughtered on Monday. It will be the worst thing that has ever happened to the British game”. See above link for source of the quote.
Interesting…… Lets see what happens.

There is no need to slaughter Fergie, what gives people the right to have a go at him? It is a 38 game season, we did what we had to do in 37 games. There is a much more important game on Wednesday. Our youngsters won anyway. Nobody should complain.
