Manchester United Fan Psychology

Is supriority complex the reason so many people become a fan of Manchester United. Read the information in the link and make up your own mind. I’m no expert or student of psychology but I’d love to hear from such (via the comments) to provide an expert judgement.

I don’t understand what you are trying to say, Man United are exactly the same as other teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona etc.

You will always get glory fans but I think you being too harsh. Just because teams like Oldham, Stockport, Crewe etc don’t have many fans it doesn’t mean that teams like the ones I stated above can’t have thousands/millions of fans.

I believe that anyone has the right to support whoever they want and have the choice, it is a free country after all.

Support who you want - OK. The reason behind the choice of the team is the theme of this posting.

The main problem is when kids are younger, they only really hear about the big teams unless they have a parent who is a supporter of another team.

When i was alot younger there were only a few teams that I had heard of- Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
