Manchester United v Newcastle United 08/09

Anyone out there offer any words of inspiration for a Newcastle win? Last season saw a 11-1 aggregate loss for Newcastle!

As the match will be played on Sunday to accommodate TV (yawn), at least Man Utd will not be top of the league after the first day of the Premiership season :) It will be interesting for those watching the match on TV for the number of times the commentator refers to Manchester United as “United”, showing their bias when playing another United team or the ignorant / arrogant Man Utd fans chant “United”.

    oh well atleast we have a chance to watch some descant football on sunday, which is exactly why they accommodate ist for people who want to watch proper football

    lol, Newcastle are without Owen and Viduka. I can see Martins getting a bit isolated in the match so I can’t see a Newcastle win.
    I can see either a United win or a draw, but you never no in football.
